Power Jack Foundation Repair guarantees the steel-driven piers installed against failure due to material and workmanship for the lifetime of the structure. Should the area where the piers are installed settle to a degree which represent's decrease in the structural integrity, Power Jack will re-raise the area of the structure at no additional charge to the owner, unless the problem is caused by flooding, earthquakes, tornadic winds, or other similar acts of nature.

No other warranties expressed or implied will apply unless in writing.

This warranty is transferable to subsequent property owners for the lifetime of the structure.
