A 6" 1 beam bracket is put into place under the foundation with a 2 7/8 steel driven pier down to bedrock or load bearing strata, this method holds the foundation in place and has the ability to lift as many piers as needed to bring the foundation back to grade.
The average pier job takes approximately 2-3 days

Floor Leveling Bracing
Power Jack also handles the leveling of wooded floors. We are able to level and brace floors by installing double 2" x 6" beams in the areas needed. The beams are supported by concrete block piers. These piers are usually spaced at about 5' apart along the entire new beam.
